        TERRIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX PUT UR MONEY SOME WEA ELSE PLS DONT EVEN WASTE UR TIME MOVED IN 9/2023 & HAVE HAD PROBLEMS SINCE UTILITIES DOOR STAY COMING OPEN AFTER 5 TIMES IT FINALLY GOT FIXED MAINTENANCE DUDE CHRIS IS TERRIBLE DOES NOTHING WILL BRING A SUPER COLD FAN OVER & ME & OTHER PERSON THAY STAY HERE BOTH HAVE ASTHMA & THEY INSIST ON USING IT & OUR APARTMENT HAS FLOODED LIKE 4/5 TIMES NOW SINCE HAVE MOVED IN 9/2023 & THEY JUST COME & PUT A COLD FAN I BELIEVE MOLD IS NOW GROWING & THEY WONT CHANGE APARTMENTS/UNITS FOR OUR SAFETY & WELL-BEING

        We applied 4 months ago, they denied our application without telling us why and they still have not returned the $250 administration fee when they said they would do it 15 days later at the latest. We have contacted us several times and they do not give a clear answer. I wish they had been as diligent in returning the money as they were in debiting the account.

        Ive been here since May 2021! The community stays clean. Management keeps us in the loop and connected to various resources from financial literacy to tutoring for the kids. Theres community events throughout the year that allows management to engage with residents. Theres never any prolonged issues with the pool or gym. The office staff is always ready and able to assist or solve any problem and maintenance ALWAYS come right away and they do great work. I will only consider moving when Im ready to purchase a new home.
