I love Grove Point. I love the residents and the Grove Point team. Grove Point runs smoothly. It is so close to everything. You can walk to stores, Home Depot and a few others to your right and the post office and so much more to your left of the main entrance Cinthia is absolutely Gods right hand, she helped every single step of the way, from the first call until I moved in. Plus, you will live 7 minutes away from an amazing Golf Club! Can't think of a better place to live.

I have been a resident here since October 2023. I am very happy living here. My work orders get completed in a timely matter and office staff is so friendly always willing to assist in this matter. Thank you Grove Point Team.

Lived here over 8 years ago and reading the comments, it seems this place has both stayed the same and gotten worse. Some notes, those gates? Been broken for over 10 years, they're never fixing them. Roaches? Yeah they don't care and will drag their feet about pest control. Trash everywhere? Yup! Maintenence doesn't like doing their jobs. Awful management? Absolutely! The moment rent went from $800 to $1100 me and my family moved out because these apartments are 100% NOT WORTH what they're charging. It's in a bad area with even worse maintenance. Expect pest problems, AC problems, trash problems, maintenance problems... pretty much all problems.

Very happy here and respectable place. I have packages left and never bothered with and maintenance is great. Noise is not an issue either
