After all the hassle of applying, I'm glad that I'm not moving here!! The website says $1200/month, for 455 sqft, which is how they get you, because when I got there it's actually $1326, and the only thing included in that price that may be worth it is the wifi, but then again I paid only $50/month for wifi.
But, when I think about it, I lived in a 4bdrm 2 1/2 bath house in Gwinnett for 8years for $1400; don't make sense!!!!!! There's NO FULL KITCHEN OR CLOSET. Thank You God, You know best!!! I'm moving to another place, Thank God!!!!
