        The truth is that I do not recommend living in these apartments for 2 months with a damaged washing machine that I pay for those services, it is something that not even those in the office do anything, they only say that they will only give the note and the Manager has not been able to solve me. round and round and with pure lies and cheap excuses and for the rent they are very punctual, taking people out and raising more surcharge money, the worst service, I do not recommend them

        Two important essentials you'll need if you're considering moving here: A White Noise Projector for the mobile concerts and yelling, screaming & banging from the neighborhood weekend parties. An Air Purifier, especially if you have breathing issues because weed is smoked...A LOT....all day everyday! I always pray someone doesn't mistakenly burn a unit down! Effort is being done to make the property look nice but the outside look is not the problem! UPDATE: There is a trash pickup service that rarely picks up trash. Be careful if you're walking in the grass because residents refuse to pick up after their dogs! UPDATE #2: Trash has been picked up more consistently for the past 2 months!

        Do Not waste your time or your money! The people managing this apartment complex care nothing about these apartments. They are here for a paycheck. I have only been here for a month and it has been the worst month ever. It's all good until the lease is signed. They don't fixed anything. The walk ways needs to be power washed. And so much more.
