        I've been here for about two months now and I am very happy with my decision to make the Perry my home. Although the process was long Yana was very patient with me during the whole thing and made sure she stayed on my application and was very attentive to my needs. If it wasn't for how beautiful the property itself was I would have moved in just because of YANA!!! She's amazing!! All the other staff are great too as well but she stood out and made a very hectic process a little stressful!

        Yana's attitude was consistently rude and unprofessional. She seemed disinterested in assisting me and was often condescending in her responses. It felt like she was more focused on her own convenience rather than providing quality customer service.

        See I knew it. Everything they're building is wayyyyyyyyyy overpriced. Even with my income, just a little over 62K, I can't afford that. And when you look at the area, the people who work near this place can't afford to live here. What a waste to build this.
