I was charged for a deep cleaning procedure, but I believe I only received a normal cleaning service.
Upon my visit, I was expecting to receive a free cleaning covered by my PPO dental plan. After an examination, the dentist suggested a deep cleaning. That deep cleaning process took at most 40 minutes. Typically, dentists are able to clean half of the mouth within one visit and many providers split this process over two appointments. Given the disproportionate timeframe, it appears that I received a normal cleaning rather than a deep cleaning as initially suggested.
I'm disappointed by this discrepancy and would caution others against visiting this dental practice.

I dont usually take the time to write reviews but I have to say Dr. Wu is hands down amazing and the best dentist I have ever been to. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming.
This is my third visit and I absolutely love this place, which is strange to say for a dental office. The first time I went in for a dental cleaning, and the second and third time I came was to get clear aligners (one visit to do the scans and the other visit to get them placed once the aligners arrived). I never felt pressured by the Dr to get things done like other places. They don't push treatment just for the sake of it.
During any clinic visit the most important thing to me is PUNCTUALITY. I came during my appointment time, and they saw me ON TIME and were very patient with me as well as efficient for each visit. I hate when I am stuck waiting forever in the waiting rooms at other clinics even if I showed up on time. This alone makes the clinic a win in my book.
The Dr took the time to talk me through what he was doing and made sure I had a good understanding of what the plan was moving forward. I didnt feel rushed, and all of my questions were thoroughly answered.
Other things that stood out was how clean everything is, and the ample parking space in front of the clinic. They also have a TV on the ceiling so you can watch during procedures. I usually have a lot of anxiety when getting any dental work done but having the TV to distract me was very helpful!
This is the best dental practice Ive been to.
