Mara Olympia who works @ kitchen/Breakfast is extremely kind and helpful. We need more people like her working in the hospitality industry. Spacious rooms. ***We have stayed in multiple hotels and its the first time weve been charged parking in a spacious suburban area like this. Id understand parking fees nearer to the main cities. I didnt think parking fees were merited in this circumstance*** They need to improve in terms of service. Nice and quiet place to stay. Again Mrs. Olimpia is a very special person that deserves to be recognized. Excellent service by her. Food & drinks: Food and drinks are excellent Noteworthy details: Mrs. Olimpia is a very kind and special person.

I had a wonderful 10/10 stay at the Residence Inn Atlanta Norcross/Peachtree Corners. I stayed here for 5 nights as a workcation stay to work remotely in my hotel room and to explore Atlanta as a mini-vacation on my off hours. The customer service at this hotel is top-notch. At check-in, I was greeted by Anaya, who I heard was a recent employee. I definitely appreciated being thanked for my loyalty as a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite Member and see in my guest folio that I was given the 250 points welcome gift. I requested if it would be possible to get 2pm late checkout and she graciously approved it. It allowed me to finish my workday completely before checking out and packing up on my last day. The breakfast buffet at this Residence Inn hit all marks of expectations I had: 100% A++. The breakfast attendant who manages the food area, Olympia. She was an absolute joy every morning: Always cheerful, always said "Good morning!" to every guest, recognizes faces easily and says "Welcome back!". I was also very surprised, and very pleased to see that Korean Gochujang spicy sauce was provided as a topping for breakfast. She informed me it was a standard, and I definitely appreciated the unique flavor being added to the selection. The breakfast buffet had everything you would want at a Residence Inn: Waffles, Bagels, cereals, yogurt, toast, scrambled eggs, sausages, etc. Maintenance at this hotel is great as well. The dishwasher in my room had broken glass in it, so the manager sent up Kevin to check on it and to use an industrial vacuum to suck up any loose shards in it. Pleasant man who even bantered with my partner and I for a bit about long hair and my partner's custom Nike shoes. Good humored individual who was also a pleasure to interact with while at the hotel. The manager, Angella, always had her door open in the lobby during her working/business hours and I saw that she took care of the front desk whenever a representative was not present. A very professional, and great all-rounder, very flexible, but also a great leader as well. I can tell from how happy her employees are that she is a great boss as well. Angella was able to send up Kevin to my room when I inquired about the broken glass in my room's dishwasher and also sent up housekeeping when I requested it but missed it because I didn't remove my "Do Not Disturb" sign early enough in the morning. For housekeeping, my partner and I had Sarah tidy up our room with fresh towels and made our bed every morning we requested for housekeeping to come in. Another pleasant employee at this Residence Inn. Overall, this Residence Inn hits all the marks of what I would expect of this brand and for meeting Marriott Bonvoy's standards. Great job! Rooms: I was told the Studio suites have ovens in them, regular rooms where the bedrooms are separate from the living/common area may have a stove top only. I stayed in a studio suite and was happy to see I had all available kitchen amenities that are available at a Residence Inn.

This property does not meet the standards to be a Marriott. Over the last two years weve stayed here 3 times and each time our room air conditioning didnt work. Each time we were told the hotel was about to undergo renovations so we assumed each time the issue had been resolved. It has not. So if having a room with a working air conditioner is important to you, Id look somewhere else.

we stayed over a month and we were able to have a good feeling about the hotel. Good: Staff is very helpful. The hotel is well.located and the rooms are in general quiet. Breakfast is also good. Bad: Ventilation in rooms is awful. Whatever you cook will be immediatetly be smoky. We unfortunately had triggered the fire alarm because of this. The hotel brought a big fan to help with ventilation. Fortunately, they understood and nothing else happened. Important: they charge for parking a daily fee!
