    I have been having problems with Billing for months with unanswered questions on mistakes or erroneous amounts with no back up to the amount ! I have sent detailed emails and have to check each line of each invoice. I get no explanations by email, which I need to see in writing ! since any phone call is useless because things are illogical ! I handle my sister's finances, she is in Assisted Living and has lots of medications. I keep getting bills with late charges added, which are in error since I have never been late but refuse to pay the amounts of which I have no explanation! I need to speak to someone other than billing since they are the problem !

    This pharmacy is used by the senior living care center where my parents reside and after months of trying to sort out my dad's medications using his VA prescriptions, they failed to communicate what was missing to execute the changes despite confirming everything and then continue to debit my parents bank account for unnecessary medications. I recommend steering clear of this place if you are able. The lack of customer service is unacceptable and they are taking advantage of people's wallets.

    Managed Health Solutions came to my mothers senior living facility and provided COVID-19 vaccines and will be back as scheduled for the second shots. Getting information from my mother was difficult and I called Managed Health twice. On both occasions I found them accessible, responsive, forthcoming and helpful. I am extremely grateful that they offer a service in senior facilities. It was almost impossible to secure a vaccine for my 91 year old mom in a timely way from other sources. Thank you to Managed Health Solutions and specifically Charles and Rebecca for your help and for filling this much needed niche in the community.

    Our office registered to be vaccinated by this company. When we initially spoke to them they assured us that they would be able to take care of our needs. After weeks of hearing nothing (and no responses to our emails) I finally got in touch with the so-called CEO, Charles Platz. His response to me, "we have changed our minimum requirements". I asked if there was any chance they could help us. "I'll let you know by mid week", he tells me. I never heard from him again. I get that you are overwhelmed with request, but I don't get false promises. You are only as good as your word and your word, sir, is worthless.

We have been serving your family for over 4 years and pride ourselves on effective communication to best serve our patients and their families. Obviously, we have failed in this instance and will be happy to review your complaint in detail. We will reach out to you in an effort to identify the cause of your repackaging issue and do everything we can to correct any short comings. Georgia is only one of two states that allows repackaging and there are very strict guidelines that we need to follow. Our goal is to make sure all medications are packaged correctly according to current valid prescriptions. Chris B.We apologize for our delay in responding to your request and certainly can understand your frustration. I reviewed my emails and cannot find your referenced request. Please resend your email and I will review and respond accordingly. I am currently receiving over 1000 emails a day so again, I ask for your patience in my response.Our goal is to vaccinate as many eligible entities as possible and quite frankly are overwhelmed by the volume of requests for vaccination. Our business is to server the seniors of Georgia via our Long Term Care Pharmacy business and typically offer our clients immunization services for influenza, pneumonia, shingles, etc. When we prepared to provide Covid-19 Vaccination we never anticipated the volume of requests and the time it takes to store, prepare, transport, deliver, immunize, and bill for the administration of the vaccine. We are working tirelessly to ramp up our services and to date have delivered over 5,000 doses.I know this is most likely meaningless to you and your group, but we did start the first week with a 30-vaccine limit to provide on-site service. However, this has quickly changed to 60, then 100, and now our average on-site clinic is over 200 vaccinations.So how do we provide the smaller groups and the thousands of individuals with vaccine? Since our pharmacy space cannot adequately handle walk in business, we are working day and night to open two off-site locations. We hope to have them open in the next week or so. One in Norcross, and another in Alpharetta. Once opened we will provide on-line registration and scheduling and ramp up the vaccination efforts as fast as humanly possible.
