I've been to see Dr. Gevontmakher several times now for random injuries I've incurred from weight lifting or soccer. Whether it's been a pulled hamstring, ankle sprain, or shoulder injury he's been able to put together a rehab protocol for quick recovery. Highly recommended.

Dr. Michael is the best, period. He has twice treated my right foot for post-staph infection wounds. He not only has great clinical skills, he cares a great deal about his patients and about getting them healed as quickly as possible. 5-stars, indeed!

I had an outstanding experience in The Rehabilitation and Woundcare Institute. Doctor Michael Gevontmakher not only carying, professional, and experienced. His approach is unique, holistic and based on the latest research. He helped me as well as several of my friends to regain full function after injury. Michael is an athlete himself. I would recommend him because he is one of the best doctors in Atlanta!

After a fall, I brought my 94 year old mother to Dr. Gevontmakher. We had an exceptional experience. I was impressed with his knowledge, compassion and warm personality. My mother can be difficult to work with, but Dr. Gevontmakher always made activities fun so my mother would complete them. At my request he showed me some activities I could do with my mom to supplement her PT sessions. The support and encouragement of Dr Gevontmakher inspired me to work with my mother in between sessions. Thanks to Dr Gevontmakher my mother made great progress and now walks independently.

Dr. Michael is an amazing physical therapist who really knows his stuff. He helped me get my knee and shoulder moving better, and I feel so much better now. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great physical therapist who can help you get real results.
