Horrific firm. Update in response to the owners response. I contacted this firm 4 times over the course of about 3 weeks. Every time I called, I was told that I would get a call back soon by someone at the front desk. Eventually, after never receiving a call, I called back once more to which the lady who answered told me that she doesn't know why no one has called me back, but to find a different law firm and that they could not recommend anyone to me. So yes, I did call, over and over, with no response.

I'm an out of state commercial vehicle driver that needed advise and representation with a traffic infraction in Gwinnett County. After texting and a few follow up calls from Mr. Head, he pointed me in the right direction and referred me to legal representation that would best suite my issue with Commercial Driving Motor Vehilce laws. Based on Mr. Heads professionalism, integrity and the many years of experience and contacts, I did get positive results. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needed legal representation.

Over all Mr. Head is a fair, honest, genuine lawyer. It felt like I had known him for a long time while he helped me on my case. I had an odd case/situation back in 2019 where the DMV was going to rovoke my license for a misunderstanding while renewing my DL. All medical records indicated I was ok to drive and had no medical conditions or history and clearly stated I was not a danger behind the wheel. The DMV ignored the medical records I had sent, emails, and phone calls/voicemails. Almost 30 years old and I've never been in trouble with the law. This misunderstanding almost cost me to sell my house I had just closed on in 2017. That's when Bubba came in and in less than one week the DMV reinstated my DL. I am beyond grateful for his help and assistance!
