        Today I called and asked for an Attorney to notarized a Certificate of Conformity directed to NY. The recept/ paralegal told me to call the bank and hung up. I called back she said they don't notarized and I need a notary. I explain that ONLY A LAWYER CAN COMPLETE AND NOTARIZE A CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY. That's the procedural requirement. She hung up again and said we cant help you. Please do not go there. Very very rude. Lacking knowledge and unprofessional.
