Gitta!! I have to start my review with Gitta. We had to reschedule my daughters wedding due to COVID-19 and Gitta held my hand the whole way! She is the best! Period! The house overlooking River street was perfect. It would be a beautiful home in a cow pasture. The fact that it is overlooking River Street and within walking distance to everything makes it perfect. Stunning views of the Savannah River from two balconies. Huge kitchen and dining areas. My daughters bridal party used the area for a hair and make up session for her wedding. The master bedroom is massive and the three bathrooms are great as well.(even had great water pressure) The parking is tough but thats the way in Savannah. I used our one spot and our guests parked in the Whitaker St deck a block or so away. It worked out fine since we walked everywhere anyway. Great trip and we will return. MUCH for Gitta! She is a rockstar!!

Excellent customer service!! We had on issue, discovered on the first night and it was resolved right away. Very happy with this company and would definitely rent again.

The home I rented was beautifully decorated and is located behind the Pirates House, in walking distance to River Street. The rental is well stocked with everyday household utensils, so much so that I didnt even need to run to Walmart for anything. The king and queen beds are very comfy. Its a very updated and upgraded rental (ie granite countertops, new kitchen cabinets and appliances and a fancy step up jacuzzi tub). I did have an issue when I arrived on the property. The pull out sofa bed had been soiled by the previous renters. How that was missed by housekeeping is beyond me. When I contacted Savannah dream homes about this issue, we were met on the phone with a nasty, sarcastic attitude from a middle aged Caucasian woman who claimed to be a newer employee. She told us that we had no business even trying to use the sofa bed and that their site was marked that the sofa bed was not to be used and since I booked through another website, its not their fault. (Which is false, being that I have the email from Savannah dream homes confirming my rental of a 2bed/sofa sleeper apartment. No mention of a bed not being in use. That email is in provided in my photos) She then blamed the owners for booking renters back to back and being neglectful of their own property. I informed her that the owners appeared to be in town (they have their own personal vacation home above this rental). She instructed me with a rather snarky attitude to take it up with them personally. I was taken aback by her rudeness, lack of courtesy and unprofessionalism. She literally threw her clients who pay HER, under the bus. I informed her that I would speak to them and I immediately hung the phone up. I walked outside and greeted the owner, who is a very nice man. I told him of my issue and how I was told to take it up with him. He deeply apologized for the issue I had within the rental and he said he was never informed of it by the rental company period. He even offered us an air mattress himself. Again, I do not blame him at all, being that he has paid to have that property managed. And sadly, they are failing him. I never contact Savannah Dream homes again on my stay. They are not friendly at all and you will be treated as an inconvenience to them. Aside from the shoddy management company, this rental is gorgeous and comfortable. Im in Savannah quite a bit and I would have probably rented here again in the future if I didnt have to go through Savannah Dream Homes. Sending a personal thank you to the owners of this property for being so pleasant and helpful!

We had a fantastic experience at the E. Waldburg rental. It's in a convenient location in the Savannah Historic District, and the neighborhood is quiet with lots of character. It can fit a variety of needs, whether you just need a central rest spot or a place in which to spend a lot of time. The inside of the house was well-kept, with plenty of glasses/plates/tools for cooking if you wanted a night in. There was also plenty of space for my group of 11 people in the two units we rented. Savannah Dream also kindly provides multiple towels and sets of soap/shampoo in each bedroom. In short, my group really enjoyed their stay and we hope to come back soon!
