Good customer service but the reason Im giving one star is the lack of knowledge in the office and no accountability. I made the mistake of making an additional payment after I was told my automatic payment was not going to be processed because I didnt have auto payment set up but yet I made a payment over the phone and my payment automatically came out on the same day. I called the rep in the office and she said it shouldnt be an issue they could fix the issue but 2 weeks and a day later Im still waiting on my check that was supposedly mailed out to me that I still havent received. I would suggest staying clear of this company!!!! I know once I find cheaper insurance Im leaving and wouldnt recommend this company to anyone!

The KCA office is awesome. I bundled my home and auto through them last year and the service has been great! Highly recommend using them for all of your insurance needs!

A friend of mine told me about this agency she gave me the phone number I call them and in a few hours I had a quote for auto and renters insurance I was emailed my insurance policies information and the best part is that I also received my proof of insurance cards in the mail in a nice little plastic case, I just loved it because I am old school I didn't have to download and make copies so I am a happy customer .

We had a great experience working with Kristen to find the right policy for our home insurance. We are currently shopping for car insurance and life insurance and Kristen is once again making the process so smooth and hassle free. I would highly recommend Alfa insurance to anyone looking!!
