The ceiling in our home collapsed last month. It took 10 days (not the 24 - 48 hours that we were told by State Farm) for an adjuster to show up to our home. During that 10 day waiting period, I was asked by State Farms website to answer a consumer/ customer survey. I answered this survey very honestly and spoke only about State Farm. I never mentioned our agent, Bryan Couey, in my response to this survey (I have the screenshots). However, I was contacted by Bryan Couey via text message the following day regarding my survey response. It was very unprofessional to be contacted via text message, in my opinion. He was very unhappy that this survey negatively affected him and accused me of throwing him under the bus. I had no idea that the survey would negatively affect him in any way. I was in disbelief at being confronted by our agent over his concern with a customer survey, while my familys home was uninhabitable with still no response from anyone from State Farm. This is why I would never recommend this agent or State Farm. My husband and I have had our claim so mishandled by this company. It has been the most horrific experience that we have been through.
