Was so excited, found some super cute clothes. I washed them as instructed and always dry my clothes on super low and they shrunk to the point I can't wear any of them! They are the quality of cheap oversea clothing!

Directed towards: Amber/Amanda. I went there not too long ago, and the manager at loft said I do not need to be in the petite section. I wasn't looking for myself. It was a gift for my coworker. I'm a medium size, definitely not petite. But here's the thing. That level of disrespect should not go unaddressed. I was so disappointed to be Casually shopping and be disrespected. Loft has been one of my favorite stores, once I met the manager I will never go shop there again. I don't deny that I am not a petite. But did she really have to drive me away from the section? I did not ask for her input. I was looking at the pants and she say, "your section is not here. This is for petite women. You would fit into the larger section." I was so embarrassed that all I could say is "oh I'm sorry." I cannot find a way to report her. Please reach out if anyone knows. I hope she doesn't do that to anyone else.
