We had a problem with our washer yesterday. I checked on yelp and saw many good reviews for Discount Appliance, so I made a call and spoke with Robert. He said he could stop by today.  Robert showed up as scheduled, looked at our washer and diagnosed the problem. He left and returned with the replacement parts. As he was repairing the washer we spoke about the industry and his experience.  Robert is well-qualified, friendly and charges a fair price for his repair. If we have any other need for appliance repairs, I will definitely give Robert a call!

Unique experience for sure! Place is definitely pricey but worth a one time visit. Definitely need to take a jacket. I absolutely froze to death in there. Only thing to bring down my experience

Rob is always a good guy to do business with.  He's honest and is very knowledgeable in his trade.  Call him if you want honest good work.  He works alone and answers all the call himself.  But is very reliable.
