        zeros stars, 1 month waiting for fridge repair. No real humans to talk to. Please contact MEEEEEEEEEE. I am waiting. Everytime Sears home service sets an appointment it deletes IT and tells you to RESCHEDULE and YOUR APPOINTMENT IS IN THE PAST! NO CHAT AVAILABLE ONLY PRESCRIBED ANSWERS. TEXTING IS PRESCRIBED AND DELETES YOUR APPOINTMENTS. Make sure to take screenshots. I have taken several days off work to wait for fridge repair just for it to be CANCELLED. I even called local 808 numbers online and with automative services with NO option to talk to a service rep. Some please assisst. There is no option for ZERO STARS.

        They never showed up. Was told I would get a text and an email. I never got them. I tried to get a person on the phone the day of my appointment and it only went to an automated call center. I called the number at least 10 times trying different ways to get a person. Clearly my number was connected to the appointment because they could tell me my appointment time, but no one ever called. I cannot recommend this company to others to use.

        We are grateful to our technician who followed the part order, knew it had arrived and rescheduled our appointment in order to repair our washer in advance of a trip we were making! Because of the unknown part arrival date & our departure date, we were forced to set the repair appointment up for AFTER the trip! It is hard to prepare for a trip with a broken washertrips to a laundromat are NOT fun! Much easier now that the washer is working again! Thank you Jonathan

        Very disappointing experience with Sears Appliance Repair. Had a washer repair scheduled for a Wednesday, got a confirmation text the day before and called them the day of twice to confirm someone was coming. Nobody ever showed up. Called again multiple times with long wait times just to be told they were certain they re-scheduled service to a Friday. They give you a window of 8 am to 5 pm that the technician can show up so you basically have to block off your entire work day. Now we had to do that twice. Well it is now Friday end of day and nobody called or texted. Wait time to talk to a non-robot is 80+ minutes. Even after confirming with people over 3 times that they were certain the service was happening got no-showed TWICE. This is so unprofessional even for Hawaii. Definitely do not recommend.
