        I was looking for particular headphones which, unfortunately, were not in stock at this location. If it had been, I would have bought it from them. Instead I found the headphones at the Verizon store. This was a last minute purchase and I couldn't order it online from T-Mobile.

        T mobile pearlridge is so hopeless. This girl that helped us didn't do her job. My auto pay was not even set up. The manager should fire her or write her up a put it in her work file. Next time it happens to have a customer complain. She is fired . Nothing is going to happen to that girl. Next time anything goes wrong with my account. Good luck and good buy. Pearlridge or pearlkai tmobile no one even greeted or said anything. No customer service at all.
