        I won't even star them but have to put 1 star. They are very unprofessional with the service. Warranty a phone and they have it but won't explain why we could get the phone. We told them to call customer service and won't even do that. We call customer service and they said they can call. Customer service by phone was way more better service they the store itself. Won't ever go back there again. Best store around the area is pearlridge and pearl highlands. There are very helpful and if they don't know the answer they will find a way..

        They were very patient with this senior's confusion on Camera Settings. Fix it and took the time to explain why it happened and showed me how to address this issue in the future.
