My experience with Greg Ryan & Associates, specifically working with Attorney Ann Otteman, was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. Throughout my divorce proceedings, it felt as though I was left to fend for myself, with little to no support from Attorney Ann. From the outset, it was evident that Attorney Ann was overwhelmed with her workload. Despite my attempts to communicate my concerns and advocate for my best interests, she consistently urged me to settle for less and accept whatever the opposing party offered. It seemed as though she had little interest or motivation to fight on my behalf. Trying to get Attorney Ann to take action or even respond to my inquiries was a constant struggle. Phone calls often went unanswered, and when they were returned, it was usually after four or more days. Similarly, my emails seemed to fall on deaf ears, with little to no acknowledgment or follow-up. As a result of Attorney Ann's lack of dedication and responsiveness, my divorce proceedings dragged on for almost three long years, causing immense stress and financial strain. Ultimately, I had no choice but to withdraw her services and seek assistance from another law firm. In conclusion, my experience with Greg Ryan & Associates, specifically Attorney Ann Otteman, was nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise against entrusting them with any legal matters, as their lack of professionalism and commitment can have detrimental consequences for clients seeking justice and resolution.

Retained as counsel during my divorce. The only thing I wanted was my dog. From the start I did not feel like I mattered or that anyone was doing anything to help literally just wanted my dog. All I did was pay money to be told to just give up my dog because its was easier in the long run. I couldve paid $0 and would still be in the same spot Im in right now, mentally broken and lost without my dog. Nobody cared that my wife told lies even, even with evidence proving she was lying, in the courtroom and I wanted to have them addressed. I have no faith in any attorney or the legal system. Its just a cash grab and far from a profession in the way my case was handled. Barely any communication with me, no responses to my emails/correspondence and was in the dark about what was happening in my case. The only time they were responsive is when it was time for them to get paid. Go somewhere else or just pro se youre better off. I plan on filing a complaint with office of disciplinary counsel. 0/5 stars.
