        I would never bank or get a loan with this place as they are a rip off. They like to charge hidden fees for no reason. Do not go to this place or change your bank

        Working with Finance Factors was an overall great experience when refinancing my home and getting a HELOC. Kim was very knowledgeable and gave good advice. The office staff is also very helpful and pleasant. Will recommend!

        Given the cost of materials, shipping costs, and just about everything these days, I found myself in a bind needing to acquire more financing to finish our home renovation. On a referral from a trusted associate, I called upon Kim Norton at Finance Factors -- Kauai, and not for a second did I regret doing so. I would best describe Ms. Norton as highly communicative, transparent and of high integrity. We reached a few obstacles along the way, but Kim never hesitated to go to bat for us and find creative ways to get us to the finish line.
