Ive used them twice in the last year, & they know what theyre doing! 808 Legal was familiar with my needs, in-order paperwork & was ready to go: Office is easily accessible, located in downtown [business district] Honolulu & is physically close to Oahu courts Fees are reasonable Jacinto Carrasco III, in particular, is personable, professional & no-nonsense; he maintains communication with you & has reliable support Staff They are familiar with the island of Oahu & have apparently served all manner of papers Provide a realistic timeline & are thorough My stuff was served, respectfully, in under a week, & electronic/paper copies of proof were returned to me, complete. Navigating the legal system can be difficult. But 808 Legal relieved me of the stress & strain of what is arguably the gnarliest part of. Do yourself a favor, & just contact them.

Service was excellent! After cancellations from other agencies, I called them a couple of days before my paperwork was due. They were able to serve my papers the next day. They even filed my paperwork for me. The best part, it was half the cost of other process servers. I highly recommend this company to handle your legal processing.

Jojo is the man. He helped me understand a case where he could've easily take advantage of me serving someone but he was really honest and was really trying to just help me out. Not lot of businesses would do that. I would recommend any of my friends for his services because he's honest and really helpful.

Jacinto was communicative and managed expectations with transparency. He will definitely be my "go-to" for this service. I'm in Washington state and my child's father is in Hawaii. Jacinto made the process smooth and easy.  Highly recommended.
