What a joke. I called to see if they could serve someone 30 min from their office and the clown I talked to sounded dumbfounded like he just woke up from a coma then, very rudely, told me to call another office and hung up. It was maybe a 10 second phone call. I hope they close their doors for good to so they don't waste anyone elses time. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I should have read the Yelp reviews and not hired him before working with Eric. I hired Eric to help me serve my tenants that haven't paid the rent in over 9 months at the time of service. Eric in my opinion was very frazzled and did not remember alot of what we talked about in regards to my case. I feel that Eric who says he is the owner of the service company took our money and scammed us. Eric served a MINOR which is Crazy. After Eric served the MINOR, he met with us so that my husband and I go to court and file the return. Eric served a MINOR. I was concerned, and he said that serving a MINOR is okay and he does it all the time. With his service of a MINOR our court case was extended and stricken. Eric cost me time and money. When I called him to let him know, he said he did his job by serving the defendant. So here I am with having to reserve the defendants and another month making it over 10 months of the tenants living for free in my home. Eric is TERRIBLE. He doesn't remember what you tell him five minutes in the conversation and he is very scattered brain. I feel that there must be dementia as this guy is very incompetent in doing his job. I will be following up with a report to the BBB and licensing.

I dont know how Eric still has a functioning business. From start to finish he was extremely unprofessional, cussing and talking down to me the entire time. I explained the situation as to why I needed my original custody orders to be served again as we are in the process of a custody battle and there was a violation from the opposing party and my attorney wanted to have a paper trail so that opposing party could not claim ignorance of the order. He seemed very confused as to what I was asking him to do. UmmmmmSERVE THE PAPERS!! Thats what you do, correct? He kept stating that he could not give me legal advicewhile trying to give me legal advice. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE AAANNYY ADVICE FROM THIS MAN. I kept repeating I just need him to serve the papers. If it wasnt an emergency during a holiday weekend, I would not even have entertained this man. Hes not a member of the law, hes not a lawyer and he is not commissioned in any way by the lawso why is he questioning me as such?? You can clearly see in my emails that he is definitely deranged. Your case is old AND?? Orders are orders until modified. It could be 20 years from now and unless I go to court and a judge rules otherwise, it stands! That is not your job. If you would just do your job you wouldnt be an under 2 star business. Youre lucky youre even that because we cant give you 0 stars!
