This beautiful casual dining experience at the Fairmont Orchid is a resounding 10 out of 10 ! My wife and I are VEGAN and have enjoyed dining at The Fairmont Orchid's high end dinner venue for several years. We were intrigued when we heard about their new more casual venue Bin Cho Tan. WOW...are we happy we gave it a try. The open-air setting (with seating imside or out) at the Fairmont Orchid is, of course, off the charts beautiful. The service was quick, knowledgeable and attentive. But the food was "over-the-top delicious, creative, flavorful...and they have multiple offerings for VEGANS, Vegetarians ad an impressive lineup of small plates and entres for our omnivorous friends. Their Seafood Adventure was a beautiful presentation which was ordered by the table next to us...so nice even a vegan can appreciate the gorgeous aromatic display of opulence. This place is a winner !

Visited on our first night. Food was delicious. We the salt and pepper lobster, crispy tuna rice, udon, and the $95 grill experience Was a delightful experience and service was great! Would recommend to try it, but felt like it lacked anything that made it memorable for me (personally). Nevertheless, still a great place

Incredibly rude and racist server ignored our family and would not speak or serve us. We will never stay at a Fairmont property again.
