Great setting, great drinks.
Understaffed. Disappointing burger not cooked anywhere near request, cheese unmelted, 1/2 pound beef squished into undersized bun, inedible.
Potato chips served in place of French fries without explanation. Request for ketchup for burger met with snide reference to for the chips?, and then forgotten.

This place is a joke I left my $3000 sunglasses behind at the bar 30 minutes before closing and when I went back the next day when they opened they claimed the cameras didnt work in the entire restaurant Although there are several Carmas placed throughout the establishment. Management as well as the board of director shrugged their shoulders and said oh well there was nothing that they could do, basically it was my loss. They didnt even Question their staff. To me this is not a safe restaurant or Hilton garden hotel, thats connected to the restaurant who also have several non-working cameras what if someone gets robbed, kidnapped, or like me left behind an item. They would just say fill out a incident report because no cameras are working on the entire property. They claim they called the police for me to make the report I waited 45 minutes the police never showed.

Looks like it needs new management. I was down at the beach and decided to walk up and get a drink with my wife while my parents watched my kids. When we arrived there was a short line, however out of the 5 workers I saw there was only 2 people actually working. The poor girl doing everything from working the line at the register, taking orders from people sitting at the bar (even though the sign said to order at the register) and making all the drinks, which she had to look up how to make so she was obviously fairly new. She did amazing for what I could see and always kept a smile on her face. Just maybe not trained well for not knowing the menu or even special deals they were offering. The only other person really working was the cook obviously. 3 others really did nothing but fill up water in a big bowl and get in the way. So after being 3rd in line we finally got our drinks about 30 minutes later. Didn't have any food so won't comment on that but it looked good.
