Taylor was easy to work with. She found a number of condos that matched our general requirements, viewed a few of them that interested us, before we settled on the one that we finally bought. She viewed it a couple of times, taking photos for us and answering the numerous questions that we had. She kept us straight with all of the paperwork deadlines, kept in touch with our mortgage broker, inspectors, etc., so that the closing process was smooth and on time. We were in touch most days throughout the 3 month process. If we were ever to buy another property here on Kauai, she would be our realtor of choice.

Kela Caspillo was professional and personal! She made us feel comfortable and helped us every step of the way from putting the offer in to closing. Along with offering support throughout the whole process, she was extremely knowledgeable about the local market and made the whole process feel effortless. From guiding us through each step, making sure we understood everything, and even able to give suggestions for things such as recommending local inspection companies. We cant thank her enough! Kela provided exceptional service, was always punctual, and was incredibly responsive to our questions. She turned what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable experience. We had a wonderful experience with Kela. She is professional, attentive, thoughtful, and trustworthy. Purchasing a home remotely from the mainland can be daunting but she made the process so easy. I would definitely work with her again, and highly recommend her to all my friends and family!

Kela was fantastic. My transaction was very difficult due to CCR problems and neighbors that caused problems. She was outstanding in working with all parties to get this done.

Kela caspillo is the best realtor . I have been doing business with her for 5 years now. She helped me on my first home and second. Shes always present when you need her. The connection is beyond family for me now. She goes out her way to make sure everything is well done. Love doing business with her even in the future. Highly recommend her .
