Buying a house on Kauai these days is difficult. When you are relying on a loan and dont know local contractors it is very easy to get priced out of the market. We had some complications with the seller's side in buying our dream home, but thanks in large part to Kananis detailed knowledge of the process, consistent dedication, and peerless professionalism, we were able to succeed.
Kanani was very responsive, creative in her solutions, and a persistent ally. We would not have our house without her. In our experience she's the smartest realtor on the island!

Myself and my assistant David worked closely with Kanani to sell my property out in Kauai just recently. She always took time to explain things in further detail if we needed, and made herself available to us when we needed clarity with anything throughout the process.
