Nice service staff. Fast service. Problem we had is if you return the car early don't expect a refund for the days you didn't use it. Asked before if there was a penalty to return early and told it would be prorated. Returned 4 days early, only saved $180. The days we had the car got jacked up to $125/day from $93/day.

Absolutely the best rental car experience I have had in my life and by light years the best on Kauai. The friendly staff accommodated multiple unforseen changes my family required and were 100% solution oriented. Particularly recommended over dollar who we cancelled our rental with in favor of this enterprise.

We are grateful for the courteous service we received in Kauai by Layla and Justin. With the prices skyrocketing and fear that despite having a booking we may not get a car when we arrived- we called and Layla was very reassuring and set our minds at peace. Justin was patient and let us take our time choosing a car- he was obliging and went over and above to ensure that our requests were fulfilled. Justin, we can't thank you enough for your kindness. We did encounter a hiccup with the car we were driving and Layla again was extremely helpful and assisted us with a smooth transfer. Thank you Layla and Justin- you made our vacation in Kauai all the more memorable because of going the extra mile and providing excellent customer service. It's people like you that give Enterprise a good name.
