We are pressing charges due to Folger Building breaching our contract and then not being responsive and not providing any services or supplies with our thousands of dollars that were remitted for such services/supplies.

your house. All work they have done for us has to be redone. They designed a bathroom remodle for us and then didn't follow their own plans. They built a new stand up shower for us that they didn't test before completing. The shower didn't work and had to be redone by and outside party. Most of the projects we were under contract for did not get even started.
When signing the contract Jake gave me an estimated timeline of having all five projects done in 3 to 5 months. In seven months only one project was started and they were not able to finish with their cutrent staff. I was told I would have a project manager and several workers over consistently. Generally, I got one workers for a few hours each day whose work had to be redone nearly every time he was in. Over half a year later, they promised to give us our deposit back for the work that was never started but then decided that deposits were nonrefundable after telling us for over a month that the refund process was going.
