I had water damage to my laundry room that required new siding, sheathing, flooring, drywall paint, framing, and gutter replacement. Phoenix Reconstruction did a fantastic job working around my schedule to fix everything in a timely manner. The room was not only restored but looks much better than before the water damage. Riley and Logan were great to work with. Very responsive and transparent about timing and pricing. Overall it was a great experience

Update for this review of APEX and Phoenix Reconstruction. I had several conversations with the owner of the companies, Nate. The guy is a genuine and stand-up guy. Some things were miscommunicated during the process and some stuff was missed. Nate and I came to an agreement and the work is being completed. He understood my frustrations and wanted to make things right. This is the kind of person who cares about their customers and I'm sure he'll work with his staff to avoid these kind of situations with others. If either if these companies are suggested to complete with for you, give them the opportunity. I wish mute businesses had owners like Nate who listened to my concerns and frustrations. And, instead of brushing me off as a nobody, he was willing to work to resolve it.

Belinda went above and beyond, working with my insurance company, to get the numbers to agree. I couldnt have done that without her expertise. She was a joy to work with.

Phoenix completed a full bathroom remodel after water damage from a leaky shower. While there have been bumps along the way, I am ultimately very happy with the results. Working with Toby as our project manager made all of the difference. Once he took over the project we started seeing significant progress and incredibly high quality work. His attention to detail and customer care were fantastic and I would work with him again in a heartbeat. Additionally he reached out to the CEO on our behalf to ensure that we felt heard and compensated for the "bumps" we experienced before he became our project manager. Phoenix is clearly dealing with some growing pains but I truly feel that the company owner cares and is doing everything in his power to move the company in the right direction. That being said, Toby was ultimately the key for us ending this project as satisfied customers.
