I was looking for a reasonably priced 1 person hot tub. I looked on the web and found Hudson Bay had what I needed. I found that they had a store that had opened recently in Boise. Talked with Ryan to find out more about the tub and options. I ordered an o-zone generator and a package that would allow it to run 110 or 220 that included a better cover. There were none in stock or built at tht factory so It took 6 weeks to get it built and delivered. I also ordered stairs and a starter chemical kit for it. A couple weeks after ordering I called to see if they had bromine chemical kits, they didn't so Ryan said he would substitute the kit for spare filters. The delivery and setup were fine. The delivery person said the stairs were back-ordered so Ryan sent a set of stairs he had in the store. I was sure glad he had them because several months later a big package arrived from Hudson Bay. It was the stairs so I took them back to Ryan. It's not a fancy top end tub but it works very well and fits perfectly in my garage. It took longer to get there than I thought it would but Ryan was always good about checking with the factory on it's progress and letting me know.

We purchased our hot tub after seeing it at the Boise Home Show. Ryan provided excellent support throughout the process. It was delivered and installed in our mountain home and we couldn't be happier. It has just enough jets and so far is proving to be a great addition to our home. Thank you Ryan!!!

Overall, they are so great! We love our spa. It's our first one. Perfect size for our family. We shopped around before deciding to go with this exact spa and company... I love that I could get all the details online first. We had some hiccups along the way. But even those were better than working with another company. Great prices for exactly what I wanted. They were great at notifying us. But not great at getting back to us with questions we had, because they go through a larger company that makes the spas... so not the fault of the local store, yet frustrating I feel they don't care. The spa surface we have, scratches super easy from our spa vac. But don't know how to get around this and still clean the spa... I wish I knew another option. We had some supply and demand issues but got the spa itself in the estimated time. They were great to work with our schedule and even held the spa an extra week for us to finish putting in our new patio. Yes I would buy from them again. Yes I would recommend them to friends. And yes, I would ask more questions about types of non scratch surfaces.
