We would highly recommend Marty Urwin for many reasons. Being out of state clients was no concern to him. His attention to every detail was amazing. He kept in touch with us continually during the process and quickly became a good friend on top of being our agent from afar. Marty Urwin is absolutely the epitome of a perfect real estate agent. I've had several through the years, some soft spoken and kind, others very bulldog like but without the warmth, still others that left me feeling as though their allegiance was to the other party. Marty always immediately responded to me with humor, warmth and support. His advice was always reasonable and helpful. He gets my highest honors. He feels like part of the family.
