I cannot say enough positive things about Scott Latham. As my realtor, Scott didn't just line up showings and take me on a generic tour. He researched countless listings on my behalf, dug up tax records, clarified HOA fees and CEC restrictions, verified property lines, etc. He worked tirelessly to help me find "the" house within my budget. In a hot market like Boise, you need every bit of buying leverage, and Scott delivers. Beyond his professional pedigree, Scott is simply a wonderful person. He's down to earth, humble, and friendly. My experience with Scott as a realtor was phenomenal! We agreed on a price, we were in constant communication. He held an open house every weekend, which generated substantial traffic. He was in attendance every time. There is no other realtor I would use. His communication and expertise made my home sale experience fantastic. He understands the Treasure Valley market added tremendous value to selling my home.
