I really enjoyed working with Ron. He went above and beyond my expectation for a realtor. He really helped me out by doing so much ground work and providing so much assistance with scheduling house cleaners, tree removal service, professional home stagers and et al, that it took all stress and pressure off of me. He and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with. A great experience all around!

I have known Ron Minegar for many years. It is a long story, but suffice to say, he put in a great deal of work for me at a time when the gains for him were small to none (closer to the latter!). Recently, I sold and purchased a home, and in contemplating these transactions, I wouldn't have called anyone to represent me other than Ron. He recommended a fabulous mortgage loan agent and made the whole process as seamless as possible. Real estate transactions and moving households are some of the most stressful experiences-- I can certainly attest to that as a psychologist! Ron and his wife Shari are a great team, and they were responsive to my husband and me at any/every point in the process. At many times, it was extremely complicated and emotional-- they handled all of that with empathy, a strong sense of character and ethics, real estate expertise, and supreme professionalism.
