Last spring April 1st or around there I met with 2 designers that came to my home. We walked through all the upgrades we wanted to do at our home in Colfax. They took pictures and we had a great conversation and they left telling me they would put together some renderings and would be in touch. A week or so later I was contacted by Taylor asking more questions about ideas which I answered through email. I never heard another word except in June I received a bill for their visit back in April. At this point I emailed Taylor asking how things were coming along with our design and asked why I hadnt heard back. Nothing! No email, no call nothing! Again in August I reached out to Taylor again and again no response! At this point I assumed Taylor did not work for Cornerstone any longer so I got on the website and sent a message to Cornerstone using the Contact Us link! I explained again what was going on and asked if they maybe didnt want my business and if that was the case why has nobody told me? Anyway I was really excited to work with your designers, unfortunately this obviously wasnt how they felt. Why would I continue with a designer who would build my hopes up anticipating my new remodel but yet cant even take the time to let me know what was going on or that they were not interested. Thanks for nothing!
