I told them I only had a set amount and I was on a very tight budget. I received the littlest one they had and my final turned out triple the amount and overdrafts my account.i she. Rent from them before and always got the biggest one Customer service didnt care at all. Their new Slogan should be we dont care we will take all your money.

When renting a trailer you should specifically state that all of the trailer wiring is a 4 pin so people know in advance that they'll need an adapter. I had to purchase a $15 adapter plug because there are no 7 pin trailer harnesses on trailers there. Or offer an adapter as a small fee or charge a $15 fee that is reimbursed when the adapter is returned with the trailer. It seems like a pretty lame tactic of nickel and diming people who don't always carry a trailer harness adapter with them at all times.

very polite knowledgeable and helpful great employees will make it right if any unsatisfactory were to occur. Manager has been at this location for years and will make you at ease and during the whole process
