SureStay Plus By Best Western Post Falls

Nice rooms, staff is friendly, and the breakfast is wonderful. It's a pretty good size selection that is buffet style and a nice little cafe to sit down and eat. I have stayed here a few different times and it was extremely quiet each time. I could be mistaken but it seems like the rooms on the main floor aren't as nice as the ones in the upper levels, however they are still cozy. All around no complaints. Great place!

No frills hotel with great freeway access and very reasonable rates. Free breakfast is typical hotel food

This place had very bad beds so uncomfortable the pool was great but they need to get better beds and blankets there was no blankets the beds were like sleeping on a rock no out lets by the beds

If I could leave No stars I would. The people are rude at the customer service. They dont try to work with you. I made an error and of course no one wanted to help fix it. So lets just say they steal your money and thats it! I never got my stay .

Brandon who was working the late shift (til 11pm) was very exceptional! He was so nice and accommodating to me and my son. I feel he truly deserves a kudos for being such a great person. Also, Amanda (manager) was just as exceptional! I am a dunce and didn't even notice the microwave in my room, but she let me use the one in the breakfast area. Also when I had an issue with the people directly above me (squeaking away on the bed at 1am!) She offered to call up to them and have them quiet down. I live in town and just needed a night away with my 8yo son, and we both had such a wonderful time. Will definitely stay here again!! Thank you, to everyone there! Rooms: Room was quaint, clean, comfy bed, and peaceful (besides the upstairs people going at it at 1am lol, not the hotels fault though!)
