Red Lion Inn & Suites Post Falls

The front desk receptionist was very accommodating and kind. The room, however, was not good, at all. The bathroom door had a bash in it, like someone had lost their temper. Also, the door looked like a dog had chewed (a lot) at the bottom of the door. The toilet lid had issues and it was a VERY low toilet. I didnt take a shower because it did not look clean. I know the bedspread was not cleaned because there was some kind of chocolate on it. The only good things were the front desk person and the price. (NOTE TO SELF, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR)!!!!

I have tried calling the number on google and the number in the reviews and it goes straight to voicemail and it says it has not been set up. I would never stay at a hotel that the phone goes to voicemail every time I call. This sounds like a bad hotel already from the other newest reviews. Priceline reviews are always modified so don't trust those ones. I decided to give this hotel a try because there are a few good reviews. I still never got them to answer the phone however did book online. The beds are firm which I prefer. The TVs are bigger than other hotels. Ive stayed at in the area. The staff were courteous and kind. One downfall was there was not any anything to have for breakfast in the morning and there was not much that was close and open at breakfast time. The room that I stayed in had a really small refrigerator. You were lucky to fit six or eight 20 ounce bottles and I always bring food that needs to be refrigerated with me. You can see the condition of the room when I checked in from the photos, they are posted with this review. I did pull one side of the blankets out so you can disregard the bed photo. The purpose of this review is to bring the service of the hotel up. I hope more people stay so the owners can invest, however liquid soaps, shampoo and conditioners should be replaced after guests check out. Walkability: Not much for breakfast in the area, there are a few shops around.

Standard room with microwave fridge shower toilet sink TV shampoo conditioner soap. Room was clean and did not seem to be filthy. Was a little disappointed no breakfast but other than that worth the price. They also have a really cute Motel cat that loves attention
