I called Scotts plumbing because of a broken exterior faucet and got it quickly fixed the next day. Great communication and customer service! Highly recommended!

Scott was responsive and did a good job on replacing a flange for my toilet, but Scott charged me almost $900 for a job that took less than two hours. The bill wasnt itemized for parts and labor. I wish he would have been more transparent about his hourly rate beforehand. I will call a different plumber next time.

I had to call Scotts Plumbing on a Sunday due to frozen pipes -this was on 1-14-2024. Scott was very responsive and upfront about his prices. He and his team were able to help and communicated effectively with me. The service was timely. The team was patient and answered all my questions. His team including Derick, Troy, and Dan were all very helpful. The others present were helpful as well. It was also nice that the team gave me advice on how to prevent problems in the future. I would easily call them again.
