The officer there is really professional, he has clearly explained the procedure of package collection, and gave me the delivery timeline according to hi prediction.

One of their drivers consistently *throws* packages at my door and plants when delivering, have this on video and complaints via CS do nothing, as they don't care.

Nearly fired an employee because i simply couldn't believe the error was not on him with this. I've always been under the impression of FedEx being a highly reliable and customer service focused courier. I couldn't have been more wrong.
My employee changed from store pickup to home delivery on Saturday 12-30-23 because his wallet had been stolen the night before and he had no ID to pick it up. The package still went to the store, and we absolutely had to have the package in hand that day for an investors dinner that evening.
He went to the store with utility bills, medical insurance cards, a photo of his ID on his phone, the emails with purchase/tracking info, the screenshots from changing from store pickup to home delivery saved and all. He was on the phone with the 1800 FedEx number through all of this as well. The male employee not only had no advice to offer on how to solve the situation, but offered no other kind of assistance either, other than telling my employee he would call the cops if he didn't leave. I feel bad in hindsight, but he was panicking over not wanting to lose a 120k a year job, that he very much would have been fired over if he made up a single thing about this situation.
The fedex call center girl managed to get the hub to pick the package back up, but they wouldn't deliver it until the morning. Luckily, he got a call at 615 that if he got to the hub by 630, he could get it. They had 0 issue taking his photo on his phone as ID proof without anything else needed.
While the night wasn't totally saved, we at least managed to scrape by and not lose any investors over it all. However, I gave him the next few days off paid to recoup and rest after him having a 8 hour long breakdown over losing his job over no fault of his own.
FedEx, get it together. This was absolutely TERRIBLE to deal with, and we'll likely be using DHL from here on out for our temp/time sensitive laboratory supplies. I can't imagine how he felt all day, all because you hire completely incompetent people to work your desk locations.
