Worst business experience I have ever had. Held my car for 7 weeks and did not completely repair my transmission. Over those 7 weeks, they never took accountability to reach out to me and keep me updated on my repairs. I always had to call them first and every single time they gave me a response that my car would be finished on a date that always ended up getting pushed back. They left my car dirty and with a stench that has been incredibly difficult to get out. It seems unfair to other establishments to even refer to Irvins as a business. Terrible professionalism, terrible accountability, and overall lack of care to the customer. Please avoid at all costs! I have to take my car to another mechanic and incur additional costs because I dont even trust them to reconcile their mistakes.
