        The room had a smell that I did not bring to the attention of staff. But that was my least favorable part. Everything else was good. I never went to the pool. Staff and valet were all helpful and friendly. Location is very close to the magnificent mile and casino.

        The location is great! Less than a block from Bally's Casiino which was a lot of fun. Our room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were very friendly as well as the breakfast attendants (Jeremy is super friendly and helpful) Breakfast can be busy at times which is expected when the hotel is full. We did have to wait a few minutes on an elevator a few times because one was being upgraded. Our grandkids loved the pool! Thanks for a wonderful Chicago experience

        This location was perfect for my first Chicago trip as it put us within walking distance of several things on my list of must sees. All of the hotel staff were super sweet and attentive. One of the elevators was down due to maintenance our entire stay but the staff stayed on top of it by using their work elevator, especially during peak hours. I loved the sign near the elevators reflecting the average busier times for breakfast so you could plan accordingly. And speaking of breakfast..my kids truly LOVED the hotels breakfast and actually chose it over fresh doughnuts! So KUDOS to the breakfast team! We will definitely be using this hotel again when we come back up next time! Walkability: One street over from Ballys Casino! Not to far away from Photo Ops like Angel Wings & Chicago River Bridge. Super short walk to Magnificent Mile! Food & drinks: Walking distance from Lou Malnatis, The Candy Factory, Starbucks, The Vault Doughnuts, etc..

        Hotel is as expected. Good location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was always over crowded. After 1 day of our stay they were down to 1 elevator. Our room was on 19th floor so every trip up or down took 30-45 min.
