You will love this location if you are not trying to stay in the hussle and bussle of the downtown area. We didn't have to walk far and everything was very close, good food, drinks...etc. The room is very intimate and exactly as advertised. Contactless and Keyless. Perfect neighborhood 10/10 recommended Walkability: Really nice location you don't need to walk far. Food & drinks: Everything is within a block away or even next door.

Booking was easy, and the location was perfect for our planned trip. Rooms looked great and we were excited to try this place out. However we had a death in our family occur a week before the trip, so I emailed to cancel our reservation as the visitation and funeral mass were when we were scheduled to be here. I never got a response to confirm the cancellation. The day before our supposed arrival, we both got text messages about our pending stay. Texted back with a copy of my cancellation email, but again got no response. The day of our supposed arrival, we both again got text messages with access codes/etc....once again responded with the information regarding our cancellation the week before. And once again, heard absolutely nothing back. So while the place itself looks great, and would likely have been great if we actually made the trip, I can't recommend it based on the simple fact there is absolutely zero customer service response. I don't mind the minimalist approach offered (and actually find it refreshing/appealing), but there needs to be at least a base level of communication with guests. Simple acknowledgement of the cancellation is all that was needed, but that was not achieved.

Beautifully remodeled building with gorgeous rooms! It was so clean, had nice linens, and the bed was comfortable, which is a biggie for me! Our unit had a little balcony with a view of downtown, which was nice. The management was very responsive and accommodating when we needed a little more time to check out. I would highly recommend staying here. The neighborhood is safe and has lots of places to eat and shop within a short walk. Please note that there are stairs to climb, which was fine for us, but wouldnt be good for those with mobility issues, as there is not an elevator. Rooms: Clean & comfortable Safety: Very safe and lots of people walking around Walkability: We walked to restaurants and to a music venue nearby Food & drinks: Plenty of options close by
