Aracely and her team were amazing! I highly recommend her! She made the loan application process a lot less stressful than I had anticipated. I never felt like I had any dumb questions and always felt like she had my best interests in mind. She and her team were in communication with me throughout every step and were easy to reach. I also appreciate that from the beginning Aracely had an Excel file set up for me that clearly laid out all the numbers that went into my mortgage and was transparent about any additional closing costs. That definitely helped me understand and made me feel better about where all my money was going. Lastly, I did not need to take any money to the closing table and instead left with a check (how amazing!) - all thanks to Aracely! Overall it was a great first-time experience for me and I know that Aracely had everything to do with that!
