        I visited this branch and found it to be satisfactory, although there were some aspects that could be improved. The primary issue I encountered was with the lady at the desk, who seemed to be either the owner or an employee. She repeatedly asked me about obtaining a credit card, despite my repeated refusals. This persistent questioning, which I found quite irritating, detracted from the purpose of my visit, which was simply to request a service and withdraw money from my account. I have noticed that this type of behavior is more common among female bank employees, and I find it quite perplexing. As a result of this experience, I am unlikely to return to this particular bank in the future.
