Not worth the money!! Thin walls, rude neighbors, rent needs to go down, deposit is unreasonable for some people and again, mainly just not worth the money. This place isnt that good! Look elsewhere.

Im leaving here three years and almost everyday I am complaining about heater (its a big problem). But they never want to do anything. They just come and leave. But problem still here. Ill be thinking about lawyer. Because I dont understand for what Im paying money.

I would put cero stars if possible. The rent was raised a lot. But the main problem is the heather. We are actually getting medication for sleep better because the walls on the whole apartment make a noise extremely load and even shake when the heather starts running. Day and night. Many times we complain with association but looks like if they don't want to spend a penny hiring professionals that can repair. They always send their handyman who only knows too spin the thermostat pretending he has idea which seems to be the problem.

Happy new year it's 12:55 am January 1sr I just got home and my heat isn't working and it's not the first time. The maintenance crew pretends like they know what they are doing but not really..... Super nice but not good at their job. Nice apartment but can't help but wonder if the lack of caring for their apartments is worth it. Sigh .....
Update: it's 8am they can answer my Google review but my heat is still off.
January 15th the heat has been off three times since the new year and the constant banging of the heater boards all night makes it impossible to get sleep sometimes. And the banging is scary sometimes it sounds like someone is breaking into my apartment. They claim they are trying to fix it but my neighbor said she moved in four years ago and it's never been fixed.
