Admir was an amazing help to me & my mom! He was so patient and attending, he really made us feel comfortable. Hes very knowledgeable and knows exactly what hes doing, we love coming to him whenever we need assistance with our phones.

Had no clue how to help set up a new phone after a failed attempt by me. Went to a store in Arlington Hts and problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. That will be my new go to store for help.

I 100% agree with the new reviews....Drake is a "GEM". I am in my 70's trying to use AT&T technology.... specifically a Google Pixel Watch.....Drake was patient and answered my ?'s. AT&T, This young man needs to be kept and rewarded within your company.

The store manager, Drake, is probably the most knowledgeable employee I've ever worked with in my 15+ years of being an AT&T customer. I came in to trade in my Note20 for the S24 Ultra. I was told I'd have to upgrade the phone lines on the family plan I'm on, but that it'd still come out cheaper to what we're paying now. He explained everything to me and made sure I was able to easily transfer my data from my Note to my S24. He stated he'd only been at this location for 3 weeks, but that he'd been with the company for 10 years, and it was the smoothest experience I've had at this location EVER. I hope he sticks around and can provide to all the other customers the same quality experience he gave me.

Admir was an upstanding salesman and made the process for internet at my new home, nice and easy! Also got me on a suitable phone plan for me and my wife. If you come here ask for Admir!
