Bright Horizons at Mount Prospect

My daughter was enrolled here for about 10 months before we moved. She was briefly in the toddler class and then in pre school. The teachers are affectionate. They take good care of dietary restrictions (we give vegetarian food). They are responsive if you call and want to check in on your little one. The only downside is the app, it needs a major upgrade. But thats not on this center, its more of a franchise issue.

We cant say enough good things about what Bright Horizons has done for our kids. The teachers are fantastic and the curriculum is strong and prepares kids for the next steps. Im grateful everyday that we have such a warm and loving center for our kids.

We have had a great experience with Bright Horizons-MP and are very pleased with care our children receive. The staff is kind, empathetic and thoughtful, great models for our kids. The curriculum is well planned and we have seen our kids thrive as a result. We feel very fortunate to have found such a great community.

If there is a way to rate no star. That is what Bright Horizon Mt Prospect deserve. One of my biggest regret sending my child here at this location. All I will say is this place need to retrain all their staff from head to bottom... I was very disappointed and hurt by the way my child was treated. I really hope this place can turn it self around quickly.

If I could give more than 5 start, i would love to give it. We are so grateful and thankful to bright horizon team at Mount prospect, IL location. We moved here from Europe and was worried about our 5 yr old kindergarden program. They have excellent Kindergarten program. the teacher are excellent . although they knew we might be this location for temporary - they did amazing job providing care for our son. We are moving to different state but then decided to stay at birght horizon group in that state as well. I can recommend this location for anyone who is looking for Kindergarden or any other programs for their kids.
