Update 4/5/24: COMPLETELY SHOCKED! 2 employees from the company were here today replacing the uniform lockers. After they were done one of the employees came into the shop and said they were done and said something to us about not moving labels around. We really didn't understand what he was talking about and he repeated himself. We thought he was trying to be funny. So then I came back with "how about you get our uniforms right?". He asked what I was talking about and I started stating my issues. He said something about being the owner and then changed it to being the manager which was confusing. He then started making comments that I couldn't believe. The first comment was that I should go to Kohl's to buy my uniforms. I could tell that he didn't like it at all that I was addressing my uniform issues and could tell he was very angry. He then said (stating my name first) "to go and make another Google review". I then knew that he knew that it was me who wrote this review and the updates. He then went to my manager and told him to "get me". He then lied and said I cussed at him. Then proceeded to say there are bigger things to worry about other than my uniforms. I told him that I pay for this service and he then said that he doesn't make me pay for it. After a few more words back and forth he stormed off and left. I then learned that this was the same manager that I called previously with my issues to no avail. Again, I was shocked by these statements. I could and would never say these types of things to my customers. "Go buy somewhere else", "go make another Google review", "bigger things to worry about than your issue", and "I didn't make you pay for what you bought". Some of my other co-workers mentioned that he was upset with the process of replacing the lockers and that they had been "rubbed the wrong way" by him because of this. Several co-workers also couldn't believe the statements he was making to me. Just shaking my head that a manager would act this way towards a customer. FYI, the reason I started this review in the first place is because I have brought up my uniform issues with the route drivers personally, have brought it to the attention of my managers so they can address it with the route drivers and their manager. When this didn't work, my manager had me contact the district manager myself. I called probably 2 times with no answer and left messages with no call back or response. The district manager knows of my review because he has mentioned it to my managers. My manager basically told him if I didn't have uniform issues there wouldn't be a poor review. All my coworkers are in agreement with the poor service. This company seems to be more concerned with my review than fixing our uniform issues. UPDATE 2/5/24: I wish I could give 0 stars! Every other week for the past 8 weeks I have been short uniform pants. Never had so many issues with uniforms! Really tired of having to pay for this poor service! Update 8/1/23: This company's customer service is terrible. Didn't have enough uniforms last week and again this week. Was told I did have enough. Checked and there wasn't enough. Shirts still come with sleeves inside out, wrinkled and folded collars, etc. The repair work to uniforms is very sketchy and extremely noticeable at times. Have previously called management several times with my issues. No answer and no call back. In the almost 30 years in my field, I have never had as many issues with uniforms before the past 3 years we've been using this company. Seems they really don't care. 3 years ago: Our company just switched to Lechner & Sons recently. Went through several weeks of not having uniforms because they couldn't get the sizing correct. Now that the sizing is correct, every week when we get our shirts they are poorly hung on hangers with collars not folded correctly and crooked, shirt pockets hanging out, sleeves not unrolled, and shirts badly wrinkled because they were hung on the hangers poorly. Not comparable to our previous companies, Cintas and others, at all.

This company illegally tries to coerce people into free labor under the guise of trial employment. Wouldnt recommend a company that operates illegally either due to ignorance or malice.
