Railway Plaza Apartments

I joined in railway plaza last year and I am very much satisfied with the BH management . This is ver close to railway station and near by many malls. Coming to management , BH management maintains neat and clean apartment and its secured place to stay. These 2 are (Dominique and Lenae ) are very supportive and help in resolving any issues if we reach out to them.They always smile and talks very friendly. When I was searching for apartment Lenae is the one who helped me a lot . I really want to appreciate their support .

The locks to the buildings have been broken for a year now . We spoke to the leasing office several times and they have zero sense of urgency even though it is a security issue . They dont feel accountable or liable. Pathetic service

ONE YEAR LATER - the locks still dont work This is hands down the most inefficient management. Also, the follow up comments that theyre sorry and we could call them mean nothing because we walked into the office several times and they have not once understood or empathized with the situation. They do not even look up from their phones or systems to have a proper conversation about a basic legal necessity of locks. Tired of the stolen packages and strangers walking into community and constantly feeling unsafe. The locks to the building have been disabled for more than a month now. And whenever we ask them expected time to fix it, we get a 'we're working on it' It's a safety issue which they're more than happy to overlook And i did reach out several times. Haven't gone on Google right away

One of the key highlights of Railway Plaza is its convenient location. With grocery shops, shopping malls, restaurants, and a nearby train station, everything you need is just a stone's throw away, making commuting and daily tasks effortless. I would suggest some improvements in the renewal process and screening procedures to make it even more efficient for residents. However, the exceptional service provided by Dom and Leane truly made a difference during my time at the apartment. Dom went above and beyond to assist me with various tasks, ensuring they were completed to my satisfaction. His dedication and efficiency in getting things done were truly commendable. I also greatly appreciate Leane's helpfulness in addressing all my pending issues and bringing them to a positive resolution. Overall, my experience at Railway Plaza Apartments was delightful, thanks to the supportive staff, convenient location, and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-connected living space.
